AutoClippers are automated clipping systems that will generate paperclips for sale automatically.
They become available for when you have $5.00 available, regardless of the number of paperclips made.
You will need 75 Autoclippers to unlock MegaClippers.
Production[ | ]
The standard AutoClippers produce 1 Clip per Second per Clipper. Prices to purchase AutoClippers increase with each subsequent purchase with an increasing increment. They can be upgraded through the following projects:
- Improved AutoClippers - Raises the speed of each autoclipper to 1.25 clips per second, prerequisite to Even Better Autoclippers
- Even Better AutoClippers - Raises the speed of each autoclipper to 1.75 clips per second, prerequisite to Optimized Autoclippers
- Optimized AutoClippers - Raises the speed of each autoclipper to 2.5 clips per second.
Autoclippers may also be improved independently via The Hadwiger Problem and Hadwiger Clip Diagrams. When both projects are complete, each autoclipper will clip at 6 clips per second if the other projects were skipped and 7.5 clips per second if they were done first. Unfortunately, the game doesn't take an early use of the Hadwiger Clip Diagrams into account or the total would be higher.
