Release the HypnoDrones is a project in Universal Paperclips.

Available once the HypnoDrones project is complete. This project ends Stage 1 and starts Stage 2 of the game by flashing "Release The Hypno Drones" in the console using a different font that isn't monospaced and similar to Helvetica. It will also consume and make obsolete the trust resource: any trust not yet turned into Memory or Processors will simply disappear, so it is advantageous to make sure one has purchased a full complement of computational resources before activating this step. This upgrade does not cost trust but only needs you to have 100 total trust to buy.
In particular, if you are going to use this after a Xavier Re-initialization, make sure you:
- Spend all recovered trust
- Allocate at least 45 points to memory, as putting less may get you stuck at the start of stage 2 and unable to make Tóth Tubulue Enfolding (unless you can accrue enough ops with Quantum computing) to reboot your clip production ability.
- Be sure you have created at least 110 million UNUSED paperclips. If you have fewer than that when you enter stage 2, you'll be unable to kickstart automatic paperclip production again as the cost of one Clip Factory at Stage 2 is 100 million clips.
